Returns and damaged items

  1. 1.Opened boxes

    A box that has been opened is not accepted for return.

  2. 2.Damaged or incorrect items

    Damage in transit, or items that differ from the order, must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  3. 3.Content of a report

    A report should state the order number and include photographs of the parcel and the items received. Reports are answered by email.
