1.Scope
These conditions apply to every compound listed on farapeptides.com and to every order placed through the site.
2.Permitted use
Compounds are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research carried out by qualified personnel. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and are not food, cosmetic or household products.
3.Content of datasheets
A datasheet records identification, presentation, computed quantities and pricing. It contains no procedures of any kind; the only handling statement is the storage line printed on the sheet.
4.Buyer confirmation
The checkout form requires the buyer to confirm that the order is intended for laboratory research. An order cannot be placed without this confirmation.
5.Resale and relabelling
Compounds may not be resold, relabelled or described for any purpose other than laboratory research.
6.Refusal of orders
Fara Peptides may decline or cancel any order that appears to fall outside these conditions, and may request information about the research setting before an order is released.
